I did not drag MV into a discussion about price targets. I made a
compliance appropriate warning to the banker for the company that the
stock was approaching my target price. Also, I have no interest in
"finessing" price targets. I do not think that a prospectively defined
price target should be changed unless there is a change in the
fundamentals of the company.
